In NSW all Short Term Rental Accommodation are required to have evacuation diagrams, smoke alarms, extinguishers and a fire blanket. If you have a Short Term rental, we can arrange one of our technicians to inspect the property and provide you with a report on what fire safety is required. In addition to installation and design of evacuation diagrams we can also look after the annual testing and reporting on STRA’s.
